Behind the Scenes in Washington Report – The 2016 Election – Part 5

washington DC.jpg

As we begin this part of our “Behind the Scenes” report, it would be well for us to remember the conclusion of Part 4 of our last report – especially in light of what has happened with the withdrawal of both Ted Cruz and John Kasich.

In the last report, we stated: “It is obvious that as things now are, the Master Planners – or as we call them, the Founding Fathers of Change – will continue to run the government regardless of who we choose as president.

“In our next Behind the Scenes report, we will continue our study of who the Founding Fathers of Change are actually endorsing and what techniques they are using to see that their people win.”

Did Cruz Really Lose?

It was very interesting that either Ted Cruz does not understand who is ultimately running things, or he forgot past history. You might remember that a number of years ago, Ronald Reagan made the mistake of selecting his own vice presidential running mate, and he ended up losing the election as well.

When Reagan ran the second time, he waited to select the VP until after he was instructed on whom he was to select. The Founding Fathers of Change told him: “Bush!” Reagan (reluctantly) complied. Hence, he received the Master Planners’ support, endorsement, and backing of the media. We will report more on the significance of that at the end of this report.  But first, I want to answer the question from last month’s report “Who are the Founding Fathers of Change actually endorsing?”

To do this, I would like to introduce you to two exceptional scholars, both of whom have a great following in the press throughout the nation. In their two reports that I have selected to include here, you will have a greater understanding of who is actually supporting Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. We have always known that they were supporting Hillary; but read what these two syndicated columnists reported on Donald Trump:

THOMAS SOWEL – May 1, 2016

The sudden appearance of Donald Trump on the political horizon last year may have been surprising, but not nearly as surprising as seeing some conservatives supporting him.

Does Trump have conservative principles?

Does he have any principles at all, other than promoting Donald Trump? A smorgasbord of political positions – none of them indicating any serious thought about complicated issues – is not a principle. Nor is cheering for himself and boasting about all the great things he is going to do as president.

Haven’t we seen this movie before?

Wasn’t Barack Obama going to heal the racial divide, end the partisan bickering in Washington, have the most transparent administration ever, lower the cost of health care and let you keep your own doctor? Had he actually done all those things, walking on water as an encore would have been an anti-climax. But instead, he did the opposite of all those things.

As this late date, there is no point itemizing the many things that demonstrate Trump’s gross inadequacies for being President of the United States. Trump himself has demonstrated those gross inadequacies repeatedly, at least weekly and sometimes daily. Those who do not believe their own eyes and ears are certainly not going to believe any words of mine, or of anyone else.

What William James called “the will to believe” is still as powerful today as it was when he coined the phrase more than a century ago. But what is there about Donald Trump that taps into that powerful current of credulity? The many betrayals of the voters by the  Republican establishment, year after year, no doubt set the state. And Trump is a great theatrical performer on any stage.

But is that enough? It has been enough politically to put some of the great demagogues of history in power, especially after the existing establishment has discredited itself.

The discredited Weimer Republic in Germany was vulnerable to the verbal attacks by Adolf Hitler that brought him to power. Now we know, too late, that Hitler turned out to be a bigger catastrophe – for Germany and the world – than the Wimer Republic.

Donald Trump is not an evil man like Hitler. But his headstrong shallowness and fecklessness make him a dangerous man to have in the White House, with our enemies around the world on the march, and developing intercontinental missiles that can deliver nuclear bombs.

A President of the United States has many heavy responsibilities beyond building a wall and fighting the Republican establishment. Just the thought of Trump appointing justices of the Supreme Court, who will have lifetime tenure and make decisions, for decades, that will determine whether we will still be a free people, should sober up all who have not been irretrievably hypnotized by rhetoric.

For conservatives especially, there is finally a real choice for a change – and a sharp contrast with Donald Trump. Senator Ted Cruz has a track record that leaves no doubt as to his adherence to conservative principles. And he is as thoroughly versed in the issues facing this country as anyone who has run for President since Ronald Reagan. (The Spectrum Daily News, May 1, 2016, p. 6A)

HAROLD PEASE – March 14, 2016

Dr. Harold Pease has been a personal friend of the late Dr. W. Cleon Skousen and myself for many years. Here are his excellent remarks that further validate the accusations we have been making in these reports about the Founding Fathers of Change:

I am so sorry to have to report that Trump is with the establishment after all. What I share below may be evidence of one of the biggest con games on the American people in decades. The anger against the establishment is real and voting in virtually every state whether for Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders clearly demonstrates that a revolution from the establishment is under way.

But what if one of the biggest leaders of this revolution against is, in fact, an establishment candidate? Remember, it is the establishment’s press that says Trump is non-establishment and has given him many times more press than anyone else.

Trump skirted the question as to who would be his key advisers as president once before by saying that he would select the best minds.

In the March 3rd Presidential Debate he was asked by Chris Wallace,

“Who are the best people?” “Can you reveal two or three names for national security?” Trump answered, “I think Richard Haas is excellent. I have a lot of respect for him.” “General Kane is excellent.” “I like Colonel Jacobs very much.” “I see him.” “I know him.”

Richard Haass is in his thirteenth year as president of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). He is also a member of the Bilderbergers and the Trilateral Commission, two other groups long accused of working for globalization (code for world government). No one in America is more establishment than he and his organization, and he is the first name on the lips of Donald Trump as an advisor.

The CFR has been the most powerful special interest group in the media and politics for the last 90 years. It is the establishment! Ironically Richard Haass is the same advisor to Hillary Clinton who, while Secretary of State speaking to the Council on Foreign Relations, then dedicating a branch CFR sub-center in Washington D. C., said:

“Thank you very much Richard. I am delighted to be at these new headquarters. I have been often to the mother ship in New York City but it is good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department. We get a lot of advice from the Council so this will mean that I won’t have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future.”

Notice that she was on a first name basis with Richard Haass and admits having been guided over the years by him. More recently she has addressed the CFR in New York City on January 19, 2015, and November 19, 2015. Hillary is also a Bilderberger as is Bill Clinton but he adds the Trilateral Commission to his list of globalist organizations. Daughter Chelsea is also CFR.

“General Kane,” presumably retired Major General Robert C. Kane, Trump’s second named advisor, has considerable Iraqi War experience and as such should be a strong source of advice. He is not presently listed on the CFR membership list but could be among many, including Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, who have a warm relationship with the “mother ship” of the establishment without published membership.

“Colonel Jacobs,” presumably Colonel Jack Howard Jacobs, now retired, recipient of the Medal of Honor for bravery in the Vietnam War, was Trump’s third identified source of advisement. He currently serves as a military analyst for NBC News and MSNBC. Jack H. Jacobs, is a Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member.

For those unacquainted with the nearly 100 year old Council on Foreign Relations centered in New York City, it has provided virtually all our Secretaries of State, UN ambassadors, ambassadors to Russia and China and at least a third of all cabinet members of all presidents, whether Democrat or Republican, since its inception in 1921. The establishment press is largely their press. The CFR has never denied this influence and, in fact, boasts of it.

Longtime CFR chairman, and now chairman emeritus of the organization, David Rockefeller, in his 2002 book, Memoirs, admitted:

“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum… attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interest of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

As indicated in other recent columns the establishment Republican choices of Chris Christie, then Jeb Bush, then Marco Rubio (all rejected by the voters) were whom they much preferred. To them Trump is a “bull in a china closet,” but still a deal maker, a compromiser that will listen to them.

The Trump list of three to advise him, two of whom are CFR members, one the CFR Chairman, reveals that if he is elected they remain in charge and the American voter, totally betrayed, will believe that the establishment has been eliminated from control over the process.

Ted Cruz who calls them a “pit of vipers” is totally unacceptable to them and thus [was] the only Republican choice [that would have removed] them from power.

Dr. Harold Pease is a syndicated columnist and an expert on the United States Constitution. He has dedicated his career to studying the writings of the Founding Fathers and applying that knowledge to current events. He has taught history and political science from this perspective for over 25 years at Taft College. To read more of his weekly articles, please visitwww.LibertyUnderFire.org.

____________

Where do we go from here?

In order to understand what the next phase will be for the Founders of Change, it is vital that we comprehend the 25th amendment to the Constitution, and how it becomes their “Trump Card,” or “Clinton Clincher.”

Our June “Behind the Scenes” report will focus on the 25th amendment and how it will be used to determine which candidate will ultimately carry banner for the Founding Fathers of Change.
