Return and Refund Policies for Products

Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies, Inc. will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from receipt of shipment. See Refund Policy below for refunds for products that are damaged or returned after 30 days. No refunds or exchanges for product returned after 90 days.

Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies, Inc. is happy to exchange product in lieu of a refund. The original item must be returned within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original item and exchange item. If the new item costs more, we will charge you the difference in price. We will refund you the difference if the new item costs less.

Refunds are paid as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of the return of your order. Products are shipped 2-4 weeks after request is received.

 

A full refund is based on the following conditions:

• Items must be in new condition.

• Items must be returned with all accessories.

• Return shipping will only be refunded if return is due to an error on the part of Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies, Inc., otherwise return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Buyer must return items with a tracking number.

Refund Policy:

• Items returned in original condition within 30 days – Full refund of price paid.

• Items returned in original condition after 30 days – 80% of the price paid.

• CDs, DVDs that are used, unless there is a defect due to an error by Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies, Inc. – 50% of the price paid.

• Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Thomas Jefferson Center for Constitutional Studies, Inc. error – up to 50% of the price paid.

• Downloadable products are non-refundable after order is confirmed.

Return and Refund Policy for Seminars or events

• Customers who have paid for a seminar they are unable to attend are invited to attend an upcoming seminar.

• If a customer cannot attend an upcoming seminar, they may request a refund within a week of the seminar. If a customer desires they may receive product in lieu of a refund.

• Refunds will be paid within 14-30 days after a request for a refund has been received.
